Data Processing Agreement

Parties
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when OneClickEZ processes personal data on behalf of a merchant using OneClickEZ.
Roles
You are the controller (or processor for your customers). OneClickEZ acts as a processor for customer personal data collected through the product (for example waitlist emails).
Instructions
We process personal data only on documented instructions from you, including configuration inside the app, except where law requires otherwise.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Subprocessors
You authorize us to engage subprocessors needed to run the service. We remain responsible for their performance under this DPA.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Deletion
On termination of the service, we delete or return personal data processed on your behalf within a reasonable period, unless law requires retention.
